Stephen Colella has worked for over 20 years in the non-profit sector, particularly in the fields of education, training, fundraising, quality systems management, and research and development. He has a B.A. in Philosophy and Ethics from the University of Southern California and a M.A. in Theology from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
He has been married for 15 years to his wife Kari and together they present on a variety of topics for various audiences. Stephen is also a Knight Commander of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem and, together with his wife, serves as the local Boston representative. His favorite hobby is making limoncello from scratch.

Stephen Germino has climbed the corporate ladder on the rungs of marketing and sales, making every effort to better understand customer needs and exceed expectations. From start-up companies to enterprise operations he has applied his learning’s to optimize process, drive revenues and get results.
At IBM he exceeded demand generation goals through messaging and product positioning for a worldwide market-leading software product line. He later spearheaded the go-to-market strategies for innovative companies like NoblePeak Vision and IONA Technologies (acquired by Progress Software) and helped drive early adoption of eRoom Technology, now part of EMC. His keen ability to leverage today’s technologies to solve real business problems underpins his success in generating sales lift across many industries.
Steve and his wife have three kids. Steve likes to coach local youth sports, play basketball and is an avid New England Patriots fan.

John Bettinelli is a 20 year industry veteran in marketing, networking, wireless, security and systems management products and services. He is responsible for the administration, planning and strategic vision for SIGNUM. He is charged with building an infrastructure that capitalizes on the latest technology. John also heads up our host location services, ensuring they receive the highest of quality and personal service.
Much of John’s work has been groundbreaking, truly setting the standards of service for his organizations. John comes to SIGNUM from McKay Fried & Partners Advertising and PR firm, Trinity School as the Director of Operations and Finance and a successful corporate career, including a customer service project management position at Motorola/Codex. His broad education includes studies in business management, counseling and leadership from Bryant University, Boston College and St. Joseph’s College.
John and his wife have six children. John likes watching his kids play sports and hosting family and friends poolside during the summer.
